One of the most important things when using a deep fryer has absolutely nothing to do with the product itself: it’s the oil you use. Repagas fryers ensure lower oil consumption because they guarantee a uniform temperature throughout the basket owing to their system of indirect heating. The oil does not undergo any sudden changes, thereby minimising pre-oxidation and maximising usage. Furthermore, our fryers include the TERMO-PILA® system and communication heat diffusers on our gas models, and shielded heating elements on our electric models, so you won’t have to worry about whether the oil is hot every time you fry, giving you essential peace of mind when preparing large quantities of food.
Deep fryers made from a single piece of stainless steel, with no seams or joins, soldering or burner tubes inside, which will extend the service life of your equipment and reduce the number of incidents. The heating elements are shielded and are also made from stainless steel. They are regulated by a thermostat, delivering temperatures of between 50ºC and 190ºC, along with another fixed calibration safety thermostat set at 240ºC. Some models come with two baskets so that you can fry different types of foods (vegetables, fish, meat…), ensuring that your recipes are not affected by the mixing of different flavours.
Our gas fryers are of the highest quality. They are made from stainless steel, and they have a single-piece basket, a manual on-off indicator light, piezo switch, thermocoupling, and thermostat valve regulation. Repagas fryers have a patented operating system using communication heat diffusers, which achieve a uniform temperature, enhanced performance, and lower consumption. There is also a ‘cold zone’ where larger food particles sink, and the lower temperature keeps them from burning and tainting the oil. It also makes your fryer easier to clean and maintain.
