Industrial ovens are a fundamental component of any professional kitchen. Especially if it’s a combined fan-assisted oven that ensures uniform heat distribution inside, ensuring that the smells and flavours of foods do not get mixed up, and it allows you to compensate for the loss of moisture in food, since it also has steamer function. At Repagas, we offer some models with digital controls so you can be more efficient when cooking, increasing your productivity and having greater control over the cooking process.
Choose from among our gas column ovens or our combined ovens.
Our range of combined oven can be gas or electric. They have a polished stainless steel cooking chamber, and a steal top and bottom, compatible with trays GN 1/1 and GN 2/1.
Repagas combined ovens have various elements that make them easier to use: fan and steam generator, halogen light in the cooking chamber, electro-mechanical or digital control panel depending on the model, removable tray support structure, door with intermediate stop positions at 90º and 130º, double glazed tempered glass with an open air chamber, drip trays and condensation outlet.
For your safety, our convection ovens have ceramic fibre heat insulation with an anti-radiation barrier, thermal elements and thermostats connected to alarms, and IPX5 level of protection. The deflector panel between the cooking chamber and the exchange/fan compartment with a flap opening make these ovens easy to maintain and clean.
Our gas column ovens are made from stainless steel, as are the tray supports and the burners. They have an on/off indicator light, thermocoupling, and a MINISIT thermostat valve from 120ºC to 325ºC. The flue shot has a cast iron finish with anti-acid enamel coating, and they have a casing and an internal oven door to ensure a perfect fit and avoid heat loss. There is also a side inspection panel to make repairs easier.
Repagas electric column ovens also come with shielded heating elements controlled by regulation thermostat and heat-resistant polyamide ergonomic controls.
“+1” models incorporate a side neutral cupboard. “H” models come with extra large shielded doors with handles, guaranteeing continued correct closing and operation over time.
“C” models can be combined with surface tops from the same product range, with maximum gaps of 400mm at the side.
